If the Radeon HD 7990 isn’t fast enough for you, PowerColor has the answer. Sporting twin “Tahiti” GPUs clocked in excess of 1,050 MHz, the PowerColor HD 7970 X2 Devil 13 offers even more power than CrossFired single GPU HD 7970s. The GPUs are each powered by a 5+2+1 phase VRM comprising of Renesas driver-MOSFETs and solid-state chokes, and are backed by a total of 24 GDDR5 memory chips spread equally across both sides of the PCB.

The GPUs are linked internally by a PLX PEX8747 PCIe 3.0 bridge chip and powered by no less than three 8-pin PCI-e power connectors. Display outputs consist of two DVI, two mini-Display port and a single HDMI connector. The card has a total of four BIOS’s, a performance and failsafe BIOS for each GPU respectively.
