ADATA XPG GAMMIX S11 Pro 512 GB SSD Review
Benchmarks – Anvil Disk Utilities
As shown by Anvil’s Disk Utilities, all is not doom and gloom for the XPG GAMMIX S11 Pro. In this test we see a smaller gap between the ADATA and Corsair SSDs, with read performance actually going to the ADATA by a good margin. This is not a once-off error, but rather something repeatable across multiple runs of the software.
As expected, the IOPS performance is reflective of the speeds shown above, with the ADATA drive once again taking read performance victory over the Corsair MP510. Write performance is lower, but still not to be scoffed at. There are plenty of NVMe drives around that can’t come near these figures.
It’s quite interesting to see such good read performance from the XPG GAMMIX S11 Pro while write performance falls behind by a large margin. That said, one needs to keep in mind that we’re looking at one of cheapest 512 GB NVMe drives available.
