Cougar Surpassion RX Gaming Mouse Review
WEB: COUGAR MSRP: US $59 AUTHOR: Neo
Here we again with another Cougar gaming peripheral, specifically the Surpassion RX, following the awesome 700K Evo gaming keyboard we reviewed just a few weeks ago. Much like that keyboard, the Surpassion RX surprises in more ways than one, and makes for one compelling keyboard at an awesome price.
At face value, this is an unassuming if not fairly generic gaming mouse. The only indication of its orientation towards gamers is the LED lighting and perhaps side buttons. Moreover, when comparing the Surpassion RX to the pure ‘Surpassion’ model, the RX looks more subdued. If you care for that kind of thing you may be a little disappointed. However, I would not be quick to write off the Surpassion RX as it truly is a wonderful mouse. Afterall, despite how one may feel about the aesthetic properties of gaming mice, we judge them mostly by their abilities and what they allow us to do more than what they look like, so before we evaluate it any further, let’s take a look at the specifications.
