Nvidia GK104 PCB Pictured

Today pictures were released of the full GeForce GTX 670 Ti / GeForce GTX 680 PCB revealing a 5-phase VRM, a 256-bit bus with (in all likelihood) 2 GB of GDDR5 memory. The PCI-Express power connectors are somewhat different, being a single double-decker connector instead of the conventional 6-pin and 8-pin connectors side-by-side. This is the first actual picture we’ve seen of the card, which has an expected release date of early 23 March 2012. Source — Expreview
