ROG STRIX X870-F GAMING WIFI – Finally the F series gets the real ROG treatment
AMD’s 800 series is here and with that board vendors have the opportunity to refresh their AM5 platforms for the AMD Ryzen 9000 series CPUs and beyond. ASUS has taken this opportunity to upgrade and deck out the STRIX X870-F like never before. For too long the F Series boards have been re-skinned PRIME or TUF boards, lacking much of the ROG DNA that make the CROSSHAIR, HERO, GENE and others so compelling. With the ROG STRIX X870-F there’s essentially very little to justify the extra spend on the STRIX-E model and I’d personally say rather go for the premium CROSSHAIR offering if not this one.
