Depiste the lower core count, when the overclock is high enough the Ryzen 5 3600 along with the X570 AORUS MASTER can outpace the older platform. True to the very essence of 3DMark Fire Strike, game benchmarks respond in a similarly positive way with the newer CPU.

As an overall system, the X570 platform offers significantly better performance. Again the core count advantage of the 2nd generation Ryzen CPUs is negated by the improvements to X570 AORUS MASTER and 3rd generation Ryzen.
