XPG CASTER DDR5 6000 Review
Specs and Test Configuration
Looking below we can see that the XPG CASTER kit is similar in specification to several other DDR5 6000 kits using the same ICs. Worth noting as well that, the PMIC on this DRAM kits supports additional voltages so there’s no need for motherboard specific work arounds as we had when DDR5 was initially introduced.

Test Configuration
- AMD Ryzen 7 7900X

While some testing was done on the INTEL Z790 platform. The DRAM set is mainly for the AMD DDR5 platform and as such the B650E AORUS MASTER was the board of choice, including some basic testing on the ASRock B650E STEEL LEGEND WIFI.
