Z790 AORUS Tachyon X – Slept on overclocking TITAN: My Take
GIGABYTE’s Z790 Aorus Tachyon X is the follow up to the original Tachyon board also for the LGA 1700 platform. The difference is it’s been further refined, enhanced and made to be near impeccable when it comes to DRAM overclocking. Through particular hardware design choices, component selection and software, the Z790 Aorus Tachyon X represents the pinnacle of extreme overclocking motherboards. Perhaps even better the pinnacle of the LGA 1700 platform period. Yes it’s hideously expensive and it may as well not be listed for sale anywhere as it’s near impossible to find. However, if you’re lucky enough and you do get your hands on one. Few if any other boards will impress as this one. My take, my thoughts, a review it’s not for all it’s brilliance, it’s a virtually non existent product for most of us.
